职位描述：
Responsibilities:
-Participate on cross functional teams to identify cost reduction opportunities and realize costing saving for NOV through
strategic outsourcing projects
-Work with Manufacturing, Engineering, QA, and regional Procurement teams to ensure successful delivery in compliance
with NOV D&I requirements
-Overall responsibility for supplier management, procurement and on time delivery directly related to assigned products
-Work with D&I Business platforms such as ASCP, JDE, OTM/GTM and other Supply Chain systems to process purchase
orders for NOV D&I Business Units globally
-Send out RFQ, negotiate with suppliers for best price, lead time, payment and delivery terms
-Communicate information on trends in emerging global markets for key commodities
-Identify, measure, and consolidate cost savings and supplier performance metrics and roll up for reporting to senior
management
-Develop and maintain long term supplier relationships / strategic partnership

Requirements
-1 - 3 years’ experience in Procurement or Supply Chain Management in a global, multi site environment
-Ability to read and comprehend product drawings, material specifications is a plus
-Knowledge and Experience in ERP/MRP Systems
-Experience with machining, steel suppliers, and oil field industry desirable
-Bachelor's degree in business, operations management, or similar field. Some post graduate or professional training/
certifications
-Fluent in English both speaking and written; proficient in Microsoft Office 举报 分享
