职位描述：
Responsibilities：

- Under the leadership of National KA Manager, Identify targeted accounts and formulates specific strategies and tactical action plans to develop long-term sustainable & profitable business with targeted accounts in the HDDO/Fleet/MCO. To ensure the KA strategy is closely followed and effectively implemented by the KA team.
- Coordinate with Customer Service, Marketing, Production, Logistics and Marketing to provide the best for our targeted HDDO/off road OEM customers and fleets (SCANIA, Public buses…) and improve our relationships with them
- Create specific marketing tools and services for all Key Accounts; in a second step develop dedicated ones for each Key Account based on its particular needs
- Assist National KA Manager in making long-term planning on HDDO/off road/MCO OEM & Fleet industry and create win-win business mode for long term
- Lead the team to achieve sales target by respecting the company strategies, product mix, sales guidelines and code of conduct
- Coach team members on daily basis, provide training or co-visit when necessary to improve their competencies, for instance, technical know-how, market knowledge, understand of the company strategies, selling skills etc.
- Develop business with potential Key Accounts

Qualifications：

- Bachelor degree, major in Automotive will be a plus
- 6+ years of related business experience in a foreign company, 2+ years as a team leader would be a plus
- Customer oriented, strong sense of responsibility and enthusiastic
- Possess good communication, presentation and influence skill
- Good command of both oral and written English
- Computer literate, good knowledge of MS office software applications
- Energetic and enthusiastic
