Title: Innovation Manager for AMSC Ecosystem

Preferred degree: PhD level in fields relative to systems engineering, manufacturing (including but not restricted to areas like robotics, automation, AGVs..), digital manufacturing (digital thread, communication protocols…). MS and MBA might be considered.
Job description:
? The candidate will have for mission to build, facilitate and lead a Chinese ecosystem structured around the theme of digital operations (also called Industry 4.0 or Factory of the Future, or Digital Factory).
The target ecosystem is a group of several industrial companies, engaging into projects with one or several universities, preferably with public funding scheme in place to subsidize the projects.
? Per definition, the successful candidate will therefore need to identify such an ecosystem, and engage Faurecia and all its Business Groups into it by ensuring they takes part to it both in terms of funding the ecosystem and the projects to generate value for our plants and supply chain.
The successful candidate will also make sure it can interact with the ecosystem leadership, and extract from it the key strategic intents valuable to Faurecia (roadmaps, technological bricks to work on, key benchmarking opportunities, etc.)
? In case there is no such ecosystem, the successful candidate will create it with the help of Faurecia leadership and their contacts, first by identifying the best university(ies) candidate(s), and then by convincing European, American and Asian companies to join and engage into the ecosystem (including financially).
