岗位职责JD:
1) To define roles of key positions for maintenance project and deliver work tasks;
明确设施项目关键岗位角色并提出任务要求
2) Be able to guide and train all members of maintenance team based upon corporation regulation, criteria and government standards;
根据公司要求、标准和政府标准,引导和培训设施维护团队
3) To evaluate performance of employees and submit monthly report on evaluation of performance of maintenance staff;
对员工最绩效评核并汇总设施团队相关评核月度报告
4) Interview maintenance staff and track HR status for existing or opening project; Support Sales & Marketing department on business development;
参与员工招聘面试,跟踪现有项目以及新开项目的HR数据;支持销售市场部的业务发展
5) Regular meeting with client representative, build and maintain a good relationship with clients; Conduct maintenance team working in a self-motivated atmosphere;
定期会见客户,建立并维护良好的双方关系;保持维修团队自我激励的良好工作氛围
6) Apply maintenance SOP to all maintenance sites, keep optimizing management process and improving our on-site management and contribute to improve SOP;
制定所有项目的SOP指导书,不断优化和提高现场管理流程,并改进SOP
7) Analyze and summarize site information, estimate emergency case and able to perform trouble-shooting, review site monthly report and ensure all activities of ADEN maintenance team are mactching requirement of SLA and KPIs;
分析并汇总项目信息,预估紧急情况并能够及时解决问题。总结评估项目月度报告,确保设施团队提供的服务符合客户的要求
8) Coordinate with HR, purchasing and other departments to solve problems existing onsite; Complete other tasks assigned by MTN head office and area manager
和HR、采购及其他部门紧密合作以及时解决现场的问题;完成设施维护事业部总部和其他地区要求完成的任务
任职要求 qualification:
? College diploma above, major in HVAC, electrical, mechanical or related;
大专以上学历, 暖通空调、电气或机械等相关专业;
? Service working experience in maintenance aspect for 8 years at least;
8年以上维修管理实际工作经验;
? Good English in writing and reading, basic oral English skill is necessary;? Good in using Microsoft Office;
良好的计算机 办公软件使用能力;良好的英语书写能力,必须具备一定的英语口语能力;
? Strong inter-personnel skill and strong ability on organization and coordination;
较强的沟通能力和组织协调能力;
? Team player;?Able to work under pressure and able to solve troubles;
能在 压力下工作并能解决问题;团队合作精神;
? Flexible for traveling;? Service consciousness.
