Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with all hiring managers to clarify recruiting requisitions
-Setting up and implementing recruitment strategy and plan.
-Vendor Management & Contract Management Program
-E-Recruitment Project involvement and coordination
-Direct Sourcing program including mobile recruitment platform, referral program
-Talent Pool projects
-Independently handle massive recruiting activities for junior to middle level positions and support retail team on executive level positions accordingly.
-Deeply understand position background and JD to search and screen suitable candidates.
-Develops innovative sourcing solutions. Consistently evaluates current and new sourcing opportunities.
-Negotiate offer details and manage offer process.
-Assist on other recruitment jobs such as campus recruitment etc.
Key Requirements:
-4 years of related recruitment experiences, a headhunter background is preferred.
-Bachelor Degree
-work on Saturday
-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
-Self-motivated with passion and high energy level
-A team player with helpful and supportive mindset
-Be hands on the multi-task with high-efficiency and result oriented
