职位描述：
1. Support to submit the New Customer Application to MIS specialist
提交新客户申请给市场信息系统专员（MIS专员）；
2. Support to edit & maintenance the Agent info. , customer info. within the SMCO tool in the respective region
在各自的区域编辑并维护代理商和客户的信息；
3. Support the ASMs and Agent Sales on daily sales paper work, like bid document, quotation, costing, contract etc.
给区域销售经理和代理商销售提供有关销售文书方面的支持，如标书、报价、成本计算和合同等；
4. Support the ASMs and Agent Sales to place the order via OMS system to the Order Processing department
协助区域销售经理和代理商销售通过OMS系统下订单转给订单处理部门；
5. Working with the ASMs and Agent Sales to follow up the order process, and assisting to provide necessary documents;
跟区域销售经理和代理商销售一起跟进订单进程，并协助提供必要的文件
6. Working closely together with the Central SMCO team to optimize the sales supporting process
与总部的销售管理协调团队保持密切合作，以优化销售支持过程
7. Support the Sales team to organize other activities with other departments
支持销售团队和其他部门组织的一些活动
8. Collect the daily reports and reports to central SMCO for your region
收集并提交地区的日常报告给总部SMCO
9. Coordinate Team-Requests such as support, training and other regional reportings
跨区域团队支持，包括对其它区域的销售支持、培训协调等；
10.Local office administration support if necessary

Requirements / 要求：
1. College degree or above with major in Business Administration or international trade
大专以上学历，企业管理或国际商贸相关专业
2. At least 2 years’ working experience, experience in a multinational corporation is preferred
至少两年相关工作经验，有跨国公司经验者优先
3. Clear expression, good ability of organization and coordination, independent and flexible
善于表达，较好的组织协调能力, 独立性强，灵活
4.Good Computer operating skills and technical knowledge is a plus
良好的计算机操作能力，有相关的技术知识更佳
5.Team player and able to work under pressure
