Purpose of Role:
The role of the Demand and Infrastructure Security Engineer is to provide governance and management of the demand pipeline and act as primary partner for the business functions to capture, structure, align and plan business demand and match this demand with the IT supply functions’ capacity. This role also support the development, implementation, and compliance of information security standards, processes and procedures across the organization.

The main responsibility:
? Ensure effective technology (infrastructure and associated services) decisions made based on sound business requirements, business cases and technology plans that support our business strategy
? Drive an effective Infrastructure demand management process and governance framework that align with and advance strategic, regulatory and other business plan priorities
? Drive innovative workspace solution and ensure delivery through infrastructure supply organization.
? Facilitates the infrastructure planning, execution and sustainment of infrastructure demands through People, Process & Technology and Serves a lead role in enabling the business to achieve their objectives.
? Manages a regular demand v/s capacity forecasting across the delivery functions and facilitates the workshops to resolve wherever there are peaks or troughs.
? Ensure adherence to the Information Security governance
? Chairing the infrastructure demand meetings within demand organization and with the regional supply counterpart
? Ensure that the infrastructure projects (e.g. new warehouse setup; office move; infrastructure demanded for new applications, etc.) are delivered as per the project KPIs
? Manage the regional infrastructure project portfolio covering all infrastructure projects and associated KPIs
? Own the engagement with regional infrastructure services supply organization
? Provides highly-valued strategic consulting level support and guidance through key initiatives
? Communicates decisions, priorities and relevant program and project information to appropriate levels of staff regarding business requests, projects and initiatives
? Pro-actively shares knowledge of technology process discipline, risks and opportunities to build competitive advantage and improve efficiency and effectiveness of business functions
? Focuses on strategic initiatives and plans, proactive, anticipatory, driving in nature and also provides significant value to business functions
? Closely working with Release PM and/or Delivery Functions to shape up the release build and maintain roadmap
? Develop and prepare for IT prioritization meetings including prioritization presentation material, financial update, operational metrics, etc.
? Advise and ensure continuous improvement opportunities in Infrastructure demand management, governance, and service support functions
? Has responsibility for a specialist area of information security
? Provides internal advisory services to projects to ensure that security is properly embedded
? Manages risk assessment activities.
? Keeps abreast of current security trends and threats

Key Attributes:
? Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification in Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline with an information technology focus
? Minimum of 5 years’ experience in IT service management involving service operations, service transition and also experience of defining service delivery frameworks for infrastructure services
? Excellent understanding of all the Infrastructure and related services
? Experience in working with international vendors and contracts
? Experience in process improvement in a complex environment with a diverse stakeholder population
? Experience in building consensus and managing stakeholders to continuously improve delivery of services
? Familiarity with balancing cross-functional initiatives and the ability to communicate in all layers of the organization
? Experience in IT Project Management
? Working experience with IT Service Management processes and frameworks (ITIL)
? General business knowledge in the area of freight forwarding, warehousing and distribution, customs clearance, supply chain management, inland transportation is desirable
? Strong communication and collaboration skills
? Ability to work and operate independently
? Excellent prioritization and problem solving skills
? Good understanding of Information security principles
? General financial competency to ensure budget is well evaluated and managed 举报 分享
