责任

1. 能听，能说并且能够记录中英语
2. 协助高级项目经理与承包商协调, 处理IP2的设计文件
3. 按高级项目经理要求，与IP2规划部联络, 更新设计和施工项目进度表
4. 参与现场小组会议, 会议后能准备英语会议记录（次会议）
5. 维护与现场技术人员和承包商良好的沟通在每一个工作现场，以确保及时，高效的工作完成，适当的问题沟通，以及整个过程的适当的文件。
6. 确保承包商在施工之前设按照程序和适当的材料送审和审批
7. 处理所有承包商的每日报告，并确保所有项目信息用英语记录下来
8. 支持高级项目经理和IP2有效率地把项目成功完成
9. 提供IP2有效文档和处理方法和改进
10. 透彻了解和遵守IP2程序和标准
11. 提供新的技能和知识给项目经理改进进度
12. 根据iP2的需要提供贡献或协助


素质和技能要求

3. 出色的MS Suite软件知识, 能够使用电脑软件和知识 CAD, MS Project, Excel & Word, Adobe Acrobat.

Responsibilities
? Assist the Senior Project Manager to coordinate design documents with contractors as set out in iP2’s scopes of service
? Liaise, as requested by the Senior Project Manager, with the iP2 Planner and input into design and construction Gantt Chart
? Participate and minute down on site team meetings (minor meetings)
? Maintain good communication with technicians and contractors on site to assure timely and efficient completion of jobs, proper communication of issues, and proper documentation of the entire process at each job site.
? Ensure contractors follow the right procedures in starting their work on site, and have the proper material submittals and approvals prior to construction
? Process all daily reports from contractors and ensure all information is properly documented by the project team
? Support the Senior Project Manager and iP2 in successful project delivery
? Contribute to the evolution of the iP2 documentation and methods
? Thorough knowledge of and compliance with iP2 procedures and standards
? Develop skills and knowledge to progress towards Project Manager
? Contribute, or otherwise assist, as required
Qualities & skills required
? Able to listen, speak and drop notes on both English and Chinese.
? Able to demonstrate the ability to undertake the above responsibilities
? Legally able to work in the country in which the position is based
? Computer literate include all project related software MS Suit, MS Project, CAD, Adobe.
? Formal qualification or studying towards a qualification in Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, Surveying, Building, retail interior 3 to 5 years
? Excellent presentation skills
? Resilient to coping with conflicting demands, able to prioritized duties and work under pressure
? Able to work to tight deadlines
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills – articulate and diplomatic manner - Mandarin and English written and spoken minimum requirements
