We are a leading recruitment company: we offer recruitment solutions for Fortune 500 , including RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing), Executive Search and Recruitment Consulting. We have open positions for onsite recruiters, and key responsibility is to facilitate end to end recruitment process, details are as following:

我们是一家领先的招聘公司，给欧美500强客户提供专业KA模式的招聘服务，包含有招聘流程外包,猎头以及招聘咨询服务。我们现在需要驻场招聘顾问若干名，主要职责是帮助客户协调全部招聘流程，具体如下：

1. Communication with Hiring Managers, including job briefing, present shortlist... (Time Estimation: 50%)

和用人经理沟通，包含了解职位需求，介绍候选人

2. Develop sourcing strategy, direct offsite recruiters for sourcing (Time Estimation: 20%)

确定搜寻人才策略，指导后台搜索方向

3. Join interview with Hiring Managers, and discuss with Hiring Manager about candidates’ competency and motivation. (Time Estimation: 20%)

和用人经理一起面试，并讨论候选人的技能以及跳槽动机。

4. Share market intelligence with Hiring Manager and analyze job competency with hiring manager. (Time Estimation: 5%)

向用人经理分享市场人才信息，并与之分析职位技能。

5. Communication with candidate about offer details. (Time Estimation: 5%)

和候选人沟通Offer情况

You are required:

你需要有：

1. At least 3 - 5 years recruitment experience, RPO / Agency / In-house Recruiter will be a plus.

至少3到5年招聘经验，RPO/猎头/企业内部招聘顾问优先考虑。

2. Developing and maintaining positive relationships with key stakeholders (Hiring Manager, HR)

能够与客户招聘经理以及HR维护良好的关系。

3. Passionate about recruiting & problem solving

对招聘有激情，擅长解决问题

4. Good communication and engagement skill

良好的沟通技巧

5. Fluent English, 985 or 211 will be a plus

良好的英文，听说读写流利，985和211学校优先。
