岗位职责:
●区域经理领导一个由业务支持经理组成的营运团队,他/她必须保证通过日常出色的营运表现并使客户和顾客满意。管理业务支持经理以提高其能力。确保并监控索迪斯质量标准的实施。
●提供令客户满意并有益于公司的解决方案
●参与准备年度关系计划
●根据地区总监确定的频率,与客户定期会面并递交客户报告;上交地区总监客户会议记录
●参加客户方设施管理委员会会议,并审核业务支持经理提供的会议记录
●了解客户期望,响应客户要求
●理解并推广索迪斯带给客户的价值
●确保实际营运与合同条款一致。若有出入,需向地区总监汇报
●应对突发事件并提出行动计划
●关注客户动态和变化,并通知事业部和职能支持部门的相关人员
●领导新合同的开张工作(见营运必做客户篇)
●理解客户的期望,按照与客户协商的频率进行顾客调研,频率不得低于1 年2 次
●根据调研结果和业务支持经理一起制定行动计划
●确保业务支持经理在规定时间内,以正确的方式回复投诉。处理业务支持经理未解决的投诉
●在现有客户现有的服务中增长业务,与客户沟通时,识别长期和临时的服务机会
●在现有客户内推广餐饮服务,并将信息与地区总监沟通
●参与发展新客户,包括:支持业务发展团队并领导业务支持经理支持销售进程,特别是参与销售进程的最后阶段:准备部门参观参观并培训业务支持经理介绍日常营运
●与业务发展人员充分沟通新营运点的开张事宜,并在合同开张一个月后和业务发展人员及客户召开分析总结会议
●提供相关市场和竞争对手信息 (见市场情报流程)
任职要求:
●5 年以上相关工作经验
●3 年以上经理级岗位管理经验
●对客服务管理技能
●具备至少一项物业管理专业技能,如清洁、保安、行政、前台、绿化、会议管理、工程维护等
●熟悉损益管理控制
●较强的团队管理能力 (员工培训、评价以及激励能力)
●较强的沟通、协调及人际交往能力
●良好的服务和团队意识
●多团队协调与管理能力
●较强的分析总结能力
●解决问题的能力
●熟练的电脑办公软件(Word,Excel)操作能力
●外语沟通能力 (根据情况需要)
Responsibilities:
●Leader of an operation team made of BSS Managers, the Area Manager must ensure that we satisfy our Clients and Customers through operational excellence. Manages his/her BSS Manager to ensure they improve their competencies. Ensures & controls the Implementation of Sodexo quality standards.
●Satisfies our client with solutions that can also benefit Sodexo:
●Paricipates in preparing Annual Relationship Plan
●Meets Client regularly and submits report to Client, following the frequency defined by RD. Submits Client meeting minutes to RD.
●Attends all Client FM management, committees and validates the meeting minutes prepared by the BSS Manager.
●Understands expectations of Client, responses to Clients' requirements.
●Understands and promotes the value that Sodexo bring to Client.
●Ensures operation in line with contract terms, informs RD if the operation reality differs from contract.
●Be reactive and provides action plan in case of incident.
●Be aware of new moves and evolution of Client, and informs relevant people in BU and SF.
●Leads the mobilization of new contracts opening (See Client Incontournable).
●Understands expectations of Customers and manages the customer survey at a frequency agreed with Client, with a minimum target of 2 surveys per year.
●Analyzes survey results and defines the action plan with BSS Manager following survey result.
●Ensures that complaints have been replied by BSS Manager in due time and in a right way. Handles complaints that have not been resolved by BSS Manager.
●Grows existing foodservices with existing Clients, in particular by identifying permanent and temporary service opportunities when meeting the Client.
●Promotes the development of catering services with existing Clients, and ensures they are communicated to RD.
●Takes part in development of new Clients. For that, supports Business Development team and manages his/her BSS Manager to support also selling process; in particular takes part on the final steps of the selling process: prepares for Sodexo site visit and brief BSS Manager for the introduction of the daily operation.
●Fully communicates with BD for the opening of new site and sets up analysis meeting with BD and Client after one month operations.
●Provides relevant information on market and competitors to RD (See market intelligence process).
Requirements:
●College degree or above.
●5 years and above of related working experience.
●3 years and above working experience on manager position.
●Managing skills in customer service.
●At least one managing skill in following property service activities: Cleaning,
Security, Administration, Front desk, Landscaping, Meeting management,
engineering& maintenance.
●Familiar with managing profit. & loss and controlling the levers of impact & risks
●Strong team management skills (staff training, employee appraisal and
motivating ability).
●Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
●Good service and team spirit.
●Strong management skills on multi-service teams
●Ability to analyze and synthesize
●Problem solving skills
●Solid computer skills (office software – word, excel)
●Communication ability in foreign languages (required by specific BU)
