职位描述：
Role description:
- Monitor the Enterprise operation; Verify and approve the operation expenditure and disbursement.
- Provide prompt and accurate Financial Statements to local and US management on monthly basis.
- Provide the timely enterprise operation/Financial analysis information/Service to local and US management.
- Responsible for the financial planning, budgeting and strategy planning, Provide the performance analysis Report.
- Participate in the important enterprise business and contract discussion and decision and provide professional proposal.
- Manage and Control the customer credit and track the receivable collecting to improve the Cash Flow.
- Constantly review and implement internal control procedures to reduce the internal and external risks.
- Handle and audit/approve the special projects and reporting requirements, both structured and unstructured.
- Work closely with the TAX, Finance, Statistics registration, foreign exchange registration, bank and Audit Firm.
- Lead and supervise the Accounting and Finance team on the day-to-day work;
- Manage, coach, motivate the team members; Implement Finance Department development plans
- Other job assigned by the General Manager and US CFO.



          任职要求：
Education/Training/Experience:
- Possess strong financial and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written.
- Experience in handling Microsoft Office and ERP system.
- Experience in system setup for manufacturing environment.
