职位描述：

1.Handle full set daily seafreight operations, dealing with clients and overseas network

2.Communicate with CS or carrier for daily issues and shoot the problem during daily operation.
3.Promptly respond to customer inquiries , establish /maintain close relationship with customers
4.Handle and resolve all customer complaints , investigate the root cause
5.Achieve the weekly KPI target

技能要求：

Minimum 2 years of experience in seafreight Forwarding operations.
Independent and responsible
Can work under pressure and be efficient
Have good customer service attitude and skills
Fluent in both spoken and written English
