Responsibilities:
40% Compensation
T&A management (attendance & leave, overtime and shift record);
Collect monthly updates & changes information for payroll process, conduct 1st round data audit for vendor's calculation result;
Assist in annual remuneration survey;
Assist in analyzing compensation and benchmark from the survey results;
Assist in annual merit increase program;
Be responsible for local employee & expatriate IIT declaration;
Assist HRM in China C&B program roll-out & communication.
20% Benefits
Be responsible for coordination & administration with 3rd party in the employee benefits, including statutory social benefits and company supplementary benefits program (such as medical, insurance, health check & etc.);
Assist in reviewing annual insurance program.
30% System/Reporting & Others
P-file and HR E-system maintenance;
E-Leave Maintenance;
China data collection, ensure regular China HR reporting timely and accurately;
Chases and checks the completeness/correct authorization of information for records;
Provide advice and guidance to employees on interpretation and implementation of HR policy;
Support to annual PDD cycle reminder and AHRIS system training for new EEs.
10% Regional Supports
Regional data collection;
Provide assistants & supports to Regional HR Director;
Responsible for regional headcount report, O-chart...
Requirements:
Bachelor degree, relevant disciplines preferred;
Command of HR knowledge, tools and labor law;
Command of English and PC skills;
Good understanding of plant/mfg environment in multi-site and multi-cultural sight;
Analytical thinking skill and good planning and organizing skill;
Attention to detail, accountable, good inter-personal and communication skills;
4-5 years of HR operational experience in MNCs, C&B background is must;
A background in training and/or supervisory experience is a plus;
Multi-site and plant/mfg. background preferred.
