工作职责：
操作热处理生产线

工作要求：
1、3年以上热处理网带炉及高频操作经验；
2、熟练掌握热处理开、关机操作步骤，并按步骤安全操作；
3、熟悉热处理设备保养要求及点检要求，并按要求正确及时点检；
4、熟悉操作热处理检验设备，如洛氏硬度计、微小硬度计、镶埋机、切割机及抛光机等；
5、熟悉热处理过程巡检要求，并按要求进行检查记录；
6、具备过程不良时果断的处置方法，并及时报告主管；
7、熟悉TS管理方法及热处理CQI-9的具体要求：如TUS、SAT和过程管理方法；
8、对高频设备有一定的操作经验及熟悉过程控制方法；
9、熟悉热处理控制软件及熟练操作电脑。
