职位描述：
Role Objective:
* Achieve retail stores target;
* Build up stable and professional bathroom promoter team;
* Develop training material;
* Work with regional retail sales focus on store sales force and sales target deliver;

Key Responsibilities / Duties & Responsibilities:
* Set up training and management mechanism for national promoter team.
* Continuously update training material and deliver to promoter team.
* Work with regional sales to do promoter management.
* RSM(Retail System Management) maintenance and do analysis from RSM to find problem stores and opportunities and make it improvement.
* Lead supervisors, work with regional sales to do promoter management;

Job Specifications:
* Bachelor degree or above and general sales concept.
* At least 5 years working experience in promoter training development preferably gained from similar industries;
* Good experience in large promoter team management nationwide.
* Be good at consumer insight and demand understanding.
* Capability of training material establishment.
* KPI set-up for promoter team and set up reasonable incentive mechanism. 举报 分享
