Job Duties:

- Support the implementation of relevant Performance & Reward policies and programmes,aligned with Group Performance & Reward strategy and business needs.

- Support Annual pay review exercise, funding proposal, budget allocation, pay review system, data analysis and reconciliation

- Coordinate market survey activities and ad hoc reward surveys

- Contribute specialist expertise in the development of local or business line compensation programs, incentive plans etc; Provide advisory, consultancy and solutions on complicated reward cases

- Coordinate with Legal, Compliance and Risk to ensure Reward policies, programmes and procedures are in compliance with relevant local laws and regulations.

- Maintain close contact with survey consultants and an external network of HR and Reward practitioners to keep abreast of industry trends, market developments and maintain a robust database of market intelligence

- Continually seek for improvement in Reward processes, procedures and systems to achieve operational excellence and organization efficiency

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor degree (recognized by the state)

- At least 5 years of HR experience, preferably with 2 to 3 years’ experience in Rewards or Compensation-related field

- Strong technical knowledge, numerical and analytical skills. Familiar with HR and/or salary planning systems

- Good communications and interpersonal skills with ability to interact with people of all levels

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision whilst a good team player at the same time

- Fluent in spoken English and writing skills
