职位描述：

Responsibilities:

1, Responsible for ensuring all of the project's technological requirements and/or objectives are correctly gathered, understood and properly translated for execution.

2, Responsible for recognizing project's Key Success Indicators and manage the work within scope, quality, time and cost constraints

3, Responsible for project risk reviews and appropriate mitigation

4, Responsible for facilitating communication as appropriate to all involved and "manage" the stakeholders. This includes escalate issues to the next level of management

5, Responsible for forecasting project budget and HR needs for current and future site needs

6, Accountable for overall project success - including cost, schedule, quality, and scope management.

7, Accountable for customer satisfaction / relationship both internal and external

8, Ability to form and lead strong multi-functional teams to achieve company and customer objectives.

9, Understand and exceed customer needs and expectations.

10, Ensure all sensitive and confidential information is handled appropriately.

11, Adhere to all safety and health rules and regulations associated with this position and as directed by supervisor.

12, Comply and follow all procedures within the company security policy

13, May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements:

1, Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering

2, 10+ Years Experience in Project Management and Engineering (Mechanical or EE Design)

3, PMP Certification Preferred

4, Minimum of 2 years experience as a Project Manager Or an equivalent combination of education, training or experience.

5, Proficient in English Speaking.
