MAIN RESPONSIBILITY

? Responsible for FWD and HWT business in West China retail market.
? Establish and maintain regular contact with master-distributors and sub-distributors in the region.
? Develop retail network in the region according to sales strategy and plans.
? Work with marketing colleagues for image store strategies, including layout and display.
? Establish the sales management system of InSinkErator image store 　
? Deliver onsite training to distributors. Ensure the front sales are proficient in InSinkErator product knowledge and selling skills. 　
? Collect and assist analyzing market intelligence, monitor competition, and recommend appropriate response. 　
? Ensure to reach the sales target of retail channel

TEAM WORK

- Work closely with other functions in order to better allocate resources, manage costs, and timeframes
- Work closely with regional sales managers.
- Work with marketing closely for InSinkErator retail shop layout.


OTHER ASSIGEMENT

- Completes management or team’s assignment accurately and meets target time.
- Be flexible and prepared for various environmental changes.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
-
More than 3 years sales experience, industry of building material, sanitary, furniture, kitchen appliance will be preferred.
Solid experience channels/distribution network establishment, management.
Familiar with sales channel in SiChuan & Chongqing, Gansu, Qinghai, Ningxia Province, especially retail sales. Good relationship with all kind of retail channel, and local developers
Well organized, enthusiastic and results oriented.
Proven strong ability to exploit market with sensitive sense.
Team spirit.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and can work under high pressure; 举报 分享
