* Knowledge of key processes in the related business area and product range;
* Strong product knowledge and knowledge of market segments for related business area
* Personality: responsible, loyal, initiative, meditative, strong leadership competences, hardworking, willing to accept high travel load;
* Knowledge of legal framework and accounting principles;
* Appropriate commercial and technical experience;
* Very good communication skill and leadership
* Fluency in English is a must
