职位描述：
Responsibility：
- Conduct plant to execute weekly plan, prepare production schedule and update according to actual situation under closely communication with related dept. in plant.
- Cooperate with Logistic, production, warehouses, lab to take initiative action on block and slow moving inventory’s consumption at plant level by production scheduling to ensure reasonable inventory.
- Issue Material Request Plan to purchase according to demand for empty package. Tracking RM (include additive/base oil/empty package) stock and movement status, coordinate with Warehouse/Purchasing/plant level planner/production, ensure production schedule run smoothly.
- Coordinate with related dept. during stock-taking and handle related operation in SAP, such as download to book value, counting data input and double check according to DOA.
- Lead production meeting, coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth manufacture and planning target be fully executed.
- Summarize production & Import & stock & sales & forecast statistics and make analysis report with action by weekly and monthly.
Qualifications：
- 2~3 years experience in plant scheduling or demand planning.
- Knowledge of MRP/ERP systems and Bill of Materials.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal capability, good communication skills and proactive attitude.
- Bachelor degree with major in Engineering, commercial etc.
- Ability of read and written English for daily communication.
- Must have current PC/software proficiency including Microsoft Office(Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access & Outlook).
