DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Job Description
1. Create functional test programs for new projects.
2. Ensure seamless transition of product testing from NPI phase to volume production.
3. Work relentlessly on test coverage and test time optimization.
4. Track the performance of key KOIs and formulate initiatives to pursue improvement opportunities.
5. Conduct periodic review of test capacity requirement, work with customer and internal team to secure adequate test capacity to support production requirement.

Job Requirement:
1. Minimum 2 years of experiences in functional product testing.
2. Familiar with software programming languages such as Phyton or C, C#. Experienced in Cisco product testing.
3. Project management skill to ensure project timeline and key deliverables are fully met.
4. Strong analytical, problem solving & interpersonal skills.
5. Fluent in both English writing and oral skill.
