岗位职责：
1.Overall in charge of the corresponding production process, to maintain a stable and sustainable commitment of Safety,Quality,Delivery,Cost and People.
2.Maintain the high global standard of platforms and process parameters
3.Globally oversee the approved improve opportunity and implement in JIA factory
4.Continiously lead and build up a strong technical team
5.Run engineering projects when needed, based on company’s strategy

任职要求：
Minimum 8 years of engineering experience, 3 year minimum as a manager, with fluent English skill
1.Experience of Project, and actively involved in trouble shooting
2.Be able to read drawings, use general analysis / reporting tools
3.Attention to details, structured and independent with high flexibility
4.Be able to lead people, thirst for knowledge and development
5.Good at communication and conflict management
6.Build and influence team culture and motivate people, lead by example
7.Bechelor or above, engineering background, 211 university.
