职位描述：
岗位职责：
This is a specialist role, and will need to be handled by a very structured and organized profile, with a holistic understanding of the LEGO culture and strategy.
The position will drive the projects, and need to manage different global project teams. Further the position, will partizipate in developing special tecnical solutions, and support the local organasations to implement or run the projects.
The position must be have a new thinking attitude and always challenge status que on existing setups.
The Position requires a strong experience within Project management, and colloborations skills with a global mindset.
Gross functional responsibilities:
The position is a member of Material Logistics, as a team of specialists that will are able to create technical global solutions for the local LEGO sits. The position will be in a team with a global knowledge and with a close collaboration to different suppliers.
The position will be able to take the local site information’s around a project, develop the project and deliver it to the local site.
Different needs have been raised from our stakeholders, and the position will an opened and holistic mindset work with this challenge.
Organisation resposibilites:
R&D organization
The position is accountable for the continuous development of the R&D Processing footprint and thereby part of organizational growth in Engineering and Quality.

任职要求：
Minimum 5 years of experience in project management
Average 1-3 years’ experience preferable within a Financial Planning & Analysis function or from a graduate program (must have some controlling experience)

Holds a degree (see education below)
Strong analytical skills and strong in both oral and written English communication.
Knowledge in SAP is a plus or experience from other ERP system
Strong excel knowledge
Windows package/Microsoft office/Powerpoint
Willingness to travel (15 days per year)
