岗位职责：
The purpose of this position is to prepare the SMCD Model Production as the future, global organization capable to build the 3D brick based marketing LEGO models in China/Jiaxing. Operations Manager (OM) help to Senior Project Manager (SPM) to manage the whole production area consisting of team leaders, trainers, model builders, mechanics and warehouse operators in order to effectively meet production targets and produce 3D brick based LEGO models
OM sets together with SPM the direction, designs organization/team, plans, executes and controls the work of the department and leads by example
OM determines together with SPM results / KPIs, follows up on their completion, continuously works on driving simplicity, reducing complexity and increasing efficiency in own area
OM secures together with SPM optimal production flow and usage of production areas to maximize production capacity within physical constraints
OM challenges together with SPM constructively all existing processes and behaviors within own area of responsibility as well as in other SMCD MP departments
OM actively collaborates with planning to keep capacity in line with demand and takes appropriate actions together with SPM to adjust capacity when needed
OM proactively solves problems related to the work and performance of individual employees including problems arising from interpersonal relationships
OM motivates the team to achieve outstanding results together with healthy work-life balance
OM ensures together with Quality Department that Safety and Quality standards on site are met and continuously reviewed and ensures compliance with local legislation and company policies
OM is a member of SMCD MP extended leadership team and actively creates the networking approach across SMCD MP, SMCD and TLG
       

任职要求：
3+years of leadership experience in Production / Technical Development role in an Global or International production company environment with 50+ employees.
