Role Summary/Purpose

Essential Responsibilities

1. Responsible for orders intake for China Market, either directly from China customers, or indirectly from non-Chinese customers. The activity starts from Request for Quotation until Contract Signature. 2. Manage the sales and projects team to reach the related business target. 3. Follow up the projects and conclude contracts and provide commercial & technical support to PC main units. 4. Understand and study bidding documents and commercial conditions, to set up regular clarification meetings with the customers, and to establish commercial offers accordingly. 5. Present and position PC and PC system's offering so that PC is not only on the approved vendor list but the preferred supplier. 6. Identify new projects and act as PC local front-end on all existing projects that have a Chinese player at one or several levels, keeping track of all evolutions and continuously coordinating PC's answers / actions. 7. Reporting to PC China with high level of interaction with the other PC teams and with the market leader.

Qualifications/Requirements

Required Education:University Degree or above in Power Electronic and AutomationRequired Experience: Minimum 8-10 years experience on Sales & Marketing.Specialized Knowledge/Skills1. A strong sales and marketing manager/executive with a proven and successful track record in the Chinese Industrial markets like Oil &Gas, Crane, Metal etc..2. A strong technical knowledge in the electrical and automation of industry plant etc..Good knowledge of power electronics (electrical converters) and automation systems (PLC & Networks).3. Must be hands on, mature, adaptable, open minded and result oriented. 4. Know the industrial market, the customers and partners (EPC, Mechanical suppliers and subcontractors). 5. Good interpersonal and communication skills.6. Self-motivating and willingness of taking challenges.7. Fluent in technical English is a must.
