We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.

In this role, you will:

- To support GM related product(forward deal)settlement timely and with satisfactory deliverable, closely engage with GM/CMB/GB/PCM and other operation team to ensure processing quality without error or SLA breach;
- To support the supervision of FCY Payment Processing team and ensure all qualified Payment, Collection and BoP reporting are processed within SLA;
- To support manager on proper resource arrangement to ensure Processing service delivered without SLA breach, error and customer complaint;
- To develop a knowledgeable, experienced and efficient staff force under his/her supervision.
- To sustain a high-level service standard to both internal and external customers in the area of FCY Payment processing.
- To continuously assist line manager in operations process review and improvement.
Successfully complete Anti-Money Laundering and Sanctions training and post-course assessment, as required

Qualifications

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

Knowledge :
Bachelor degree or above
• Abundant knowledge on forward deal settlement, banking operations and BoP reporting.
• Knowledge on compliance/regulations on FCY area.
Skills :
- Good communication/interpersonal skills and fluent written and spoken English and Mandarin.
- Proactive attitude and able to work under pressure with efficiency
- Meticulous to details
- Well organized and good time management skill
• Leadership skills to deal with internal and external attrition and their operational affects.
• Drive process streamline and re-engineering initiatives.
• Effectively mitigate identified Operational Risks.
• Comply with Group’s Statutory Audit standards.
• Flexibility to work shifts
