The basic requirement as below:
?3-5 year experience with US or Europe company.
?Master Degree or above in Chemical Engineer.
?Familiar with Chinese code and API.
?Good EHS knowledge and awareness, Familiar with PHA, HAZOP, FMEA and so on.
?Good English communication skill.
?Good at the chemical process calculation and equipment design, Familiar with Aspen, Pro2, ChemCAD, CAD and so on.
?Understand batch production model.
?Understand the chemical equipment.
Job description
?Support the PHA for specific projects, perform the reaction exothermal calculation, equipment sizing and rating, check the chemical compatibility of equipment and facility.
?Review the Batch Record from engineering view, make sure the process set up properly.
?Develop the proper engineering control for daily operation, improve the safety, quality and operation efficiency.
?Make the budget for plant improvement, and manage the specific projects.
?Work with engineering company, lead the design of plant improvement projects to achieve the company requirement.
?Update the PID to date. Support the risk assessments such as JHA, HAZOP and so on.
?Support the facility group, develop the annual maintenance plan.
?Follow up the codes updated, make sure the process set up compliance with the Chinese requirement.
?Work closely with group Manufacturing Excellence Group, to develop and implement the continuous improvement projects
