Job Title:              Site Manager
Reports To:          VP, Suzhou Operations
工作地点：江苏/上海
General Summary:
Formulate and recommend manufacturing policies and programs which guide the corporation in maintaining and improving its competitive position and the profitability of the operations of Wuxi BNS Plant.
 
Produce economical, high quality products meeting plant objectives for cost and quality. Responsible for all functional areas including, but not limited to production management, supervision, material planning, scheduling, cost management and etc.

Duties and Responsibilities (*Essential Functions):
·         Direct the manufacture of all company products at lowest cost consistent with established specifications as to quality and quantity.
 
·         Manage the operations function concurrent with:
Ø      business growth
Ø      introduction of new operational systems
Ø      meeting financial objectives
Ø      product mix change
Ø      meeting goals in relation to safety, quality and on-time delivery of products
·         Manage and assist in coordinating effort between support departments within the organization.
 
·         Assess and assist in upgrading the organizations talent base within operations to achieve growth and meet market needs (i.e. reduced cost, shorter manufacturing/product introduction cycle time and on-time delivery.
 
·         Conceive, research, plan, target, and control reductions in cost and product lead times on existing and new products.
 
·         Is a key contributor to:
 
Ø      overall long range planning process
 
Ø      establishment and assessment of annual operating budget as agreed to by VP, Suzhou Operations
 
Ø      achievement of monthly, quarterly, and yearly goals as set forth in the budget
 
Ø      Operations reviews, covering current and future forecasts and delinquencies
 
·         Continuously improve customer satisfaction
 
·         Achieve financial objectives, for all departments reporting to the incumbent, through planning, directing, controlling, implementing, evaluating, monitoring, and forecasting as needed to achieve budgets and cost of sales.
 
·         Develop, test and implement new manufacturing processes, product and systems technology to meet the objectives.
 
·         Participate in the implementation of advanced manufacturing technology to improve cost of sales and promote on-time delivery
 
·         Establish, prepare, implement, revise and maintain policies and procedures related to operations
 
·         Administer and manage safety and quality to provide an adequate and safe working environment.
 
·         Set up and maintain inventory controls and levels to conform with budgets and forecasts.
 
·         Work with the sales teams to further coordinate operational efforts to improve the company’s market position in China.
 
·         Be the representative of CSA or focal person of CSA. Engineering manager and quality manager of CSA shall report dotted line to him/her.
 
·        Other tasks assigned by VP, Suzhou Operations.

Job Specifications:
 
·         Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required.
 
·         Experience must include progressively more responsible positions in the areas of production leadership, operational excellence and total customer satisfaction. 
 
·         Excellent verbal and written skills.
 
·         Excellent organizational skills.
 
·         Ability to motivate team efforts to accomplish goals. Travel is required in this position.
 
·         Strong cultural sensitivity to manage relationships with people from all cultures.
 
·         Strong leadership capabilities to deliver results and to build cross-cultural teams.
