职位描述:
1. Deliver/exceed agreed individual and team targets for Sales. Measure, analyse and report on sales performance through forecasts, pipeline, market trends, competitors, and customer satisfaction reports with support from the wider Inspection Marketing team.
2. Develop and lead the development, maintenance and execution of a Sales and CRM plan in China, to meet or exceed Inspection’s business objectives (Budget Income and Margin).
3. In collaboration with Operations develop business targets and lead achievement of those targets. Support the growth and development of the business through providing business intelligence that help develop the operational plans which grow both existing and new key customers to achieve revenue and margin targets.
4. Provide input into and work with the Country Operations Manager to create the strategy, marketing and business development plans for China.
5. Directly contact clients regularly, arranging/securing promotional marketing activities, sales visits, presentations, quotations and contracts.
6. Coaching and mentoring sales team members with sales and interpersonal skills, helping them to improve their sales performance. Lead by example and develop individual team members to reach their full potential.
7. Ensure the sales team develop a thorough understanding of our clients’ business so that they create a clear value proposition for assigned accounts and they implement an appropriate account management strategy to ensure proactive action through the cross-selling of our full range of professional services with viable solutions to meet client needs.
8. Maintain a thorough understanding of the clients’ end use markets, their important customers, and their main competitors and share this understanding with the wider sales and customer service team.
9. To lead or support large opportunities for end-user clients in China, e.g. TPI projects and WWI services or Compliance projects, in co-operation with Operations, Projects, Design Appraisal and the global ISL and Energy sales organisations, against defined business plans, strategies and budgetary objectives.
10. To lead, motivate and develop a sales team to build capacity and capability through recruitment, performance management, talent/succession planning, training and development to effectively build and sustain a high performance culture.
11. Implement a CRM programme plan for existing clients, including overall client satisfaction and profitability so that you can retain and grow the lifetime value of clients including meeting or exceeding sales targets.
12. Provide senior level input into the strategy development, marketing and business development plans for designated geography of responsibility.
13. Drive employee engagement and align employees towards Inspections’ business goals and objectives to ensure that all employees are motivated and engaged to deliver a high quality service to clients.
14. Measure, analyse and monthly report on sales performance through forecasts, pipeline, market trends, competitors, and customer satisfaction reports with support from the wider Inspection Marketing team.
15. Using market analysis, identify new business opportunities and ensure that all new services which are brought to the market are technically and commercially sound.
16. Liaise with technical delivery teams to ensure their involvement in defining resource capacity/capability and proposal/bid preparation.
17. Establish and maintain strong working relationships with customer services and technical delivery teams, agree and review KPI’s to ensure the successful delivery of services to your clients.
18. Develop and enhance the profile of LR within China, with regulatory, technical and industry organisations, through the participation promotion and communication of Energy products and services to clients directly, arranging appropriate sales visits, presentations, quotations, contracts and promotional marketing activities as required.
19. Keep strong communication lines open with other account managers and business development community across Energy.
20. Determine clients’ future needs and provide detailed client feedback to relevant departments with regard to product requirements and enhancements internally for adequate follow up
21. Conduct activities in line with internal procedures, accreditation schemes, legislation and industry standards as well as entering all leads/opportunities in Salesforce.
22. To pursue Continuous Professional Development and maintain a high degree of discipline knowledge and awareness.
23. Contribute to improving the business, protecting and enhancing the reputation of the company, by putting forward new ideas and, when requested to do so, implementing change to meet the future needs of the business.
24. Eliminate or minimise employee's exposure to risks by reviewing, regularly, the health and safety risk register, applying appropriate controls, communicating results of risk assessment and ensuring health and safety is considered in the planning and execution of all LR activities.
25. Manage your own and your team's compliance with health and safety rules, instructions, systems and legal requirements, ensuring employees are suitably trained and adequate resources are available to work safely.

1. Ideally a degree in engineering/business/marketing or equivalent strong practical experience in manufacturing/ power/downstream/upstream.
2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence clients and colleagues to deliver excellence
3. Excellent management, coaching and mentoring and interpersonal skills; ability to lead, motivate, coach team members to improve team and organisational performance.
4. Significant experience in Sales, CRM and Marketing preferably in an Inspection or B-to-B environment with an in depth understanding of sales and marketing principles.
5. Significant experience in leading a Sales and Marketing teams in a virtual/international context.
6. Enthusiastic, flexible and self-motivated individual with a “can do” attitude and the ability to work in a highly technical environment and under pressure.
7. Strong commercial awareness - in particular, analysis and interpretation of financial and non-financial information
8. Good team player with the skills to work effectively in a global environment with colleagues of different cultures.
9. An assertive approach to problem solving with strong communication and diplomacy skills to guide, negotiate, influence and persuade at all levels.
10. Strategic thinking abilities with analytical skills. Able to articulate and communicate clear strategy, plans and performance reporting.
11. Excellent IT skills - Word, Excel, Internet, Powerpoint, databases and email- software, CRM systems like Salesforce.
12. Formal sales training like Spin Selling, TACK, Xerox or Miller Heiman a distinct advantage
13. Ability to quickly and effectively assimilate market intelligence or detailed and complex information to support business decisions.
