职位描述：
Main Duties
Equipment installation:
Join modules as instructed from Site Supervisor
Follow labels and connections for installation
Electrical connectors matching labels, cable tray install, and routing of cables in clean and organized manner.
All plumbing connections following labels, notes, and installed using industry standard practices and checked.
Start up, qualify, and sign off equipment process and additional items needed for installation by Mega Fluid Manager
Follow schedule and instructions as outlined by Mega Fluid Systems

Operations & Maintenance:
Maintain Chemical Distribution Equipment for scheduled and non-scheduled downs, Preventative Maintenance, Troubleshooting, including Filter Change outs, Valve replacement, pump repairs, etc.
Make rounds, answer alarms, verify delivery, etc.
Record and Document all maintenance, alarms, escalations
Provide all shift notes and issues for shift pass down
May be involved with Chemical Drum loading and unloading of Distribution equipment

Qualification
Bachelor degree
6 years of Chemical Distribution Equipment or CMP/Slurry Facility Distribution Equipment or Wet Process Fab Equipment
(must understand plastic plumbing practices, PFA, PVDF, PVC)
Strong Mechanical and Electrical aptitude in regards to Equipment and Set up, previous chemical or water equipment experience or Wet Process Fab Equipment
Understanding Semiconductor environment and safety processes
Electrical work will involve matching connectors, labeling, roll up of multiple cables and install in clean manner.
Understand PFA type connections and processes, along with standard mechanical connections
Controls experience / understanding – must be able to work thru touch screen control panel for verifying operation. 举报 分享
