职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute PT business strategy by product lines, achieve business growth plan of belt, housed unit and DGBB.
2. Manage China belt team of 6 associates, improve the business management on monthly shipment, AR, inventory control and new business development.
3. Lead the business development of Interlube lubrication system, with 1 dedicated associate, cooperating with all regional sales team.
4. Drive and support regional sales team to develop business of housed unit, DGBB and other related products.
5. Work together with global PT product team, Carlisle USA, Revolvo UK and Interlube UK/Zhuhai for business operation and strategic alignment.
6. Manage key belt customers on business relationship, consignment inventory, shipment execution and AR.

Requirements:
？1. Bachelor degree or above in Engineering or Business Admin.
？2. Good understanding of process industrial business market in China.
？3. Good knowledge on Power Transmission products.
？4. Direct working experience in general industry field for more than 10 years.
？5. Technical sales management for more than 5 years.
？6. Excellent English communication skills in writing and spoken.
？7. Very strong People management and development skills.
？8. Excellent communication skills, conflict management skills.
？9. Value selling skills.
