职位描述：
Key Role:
The Quality leader is responsible for KTE quality system setup, implementation and operation to align to global kimtech quality level.

Key Accountabilities
? Support on supplier quality improvement and control by systematic way.
? Support on local supplier selection and audit, supplier quality and process capacity evaluation.
? Design and implement incoming inspection plan, process and procedure. React on incoming quality issue.
? Design and implement in-process quality audit, setup quality gates throughout the manufacture processes.
? Identify the in-process quality issue, set up process of issue analysis, correction and monitoring.
? Support production check out. Interface to external customer’s quality issues, achieve customer satisfaction.
? Lead and management of quality tools and equipment, include calibration.
? Lead and develop quality team to meet business development needs.
? Deliver quality method and tools training to organization.
? Quality document management. EHS leader for quality function.
? Quality lab management and daily operation.

Basic Requirements
？ ？ 10years working experience at multi quality functions in foreign company (Mechanical mill, Aerospace, precise equipment/machine, automobile).Long years on SQE and IQC leader is preferred.
？ Familiar to quality methodology and tools (8D, PDCA, FMEA, Check list, Cpk/PPk, Control chart, etc) application. Be capable to share with team.
？ Familiar to inspection tools, Strong understanding of GD&T.
？ Must have good working knowledge of MSOffice,
？ Must have a positive," can do" and “can learn” attitude
？ Motivated, self-starter- must take on new roles and responsibilities as needed
？ Customer focused.
？ Fluent English communication in oral and writing.
？ Bachelor in Machinery and Automation or equivalent. Master is a plus.

Key Experience
10years working experience at multi quality functions in foreign company (Mechanical mill, Aerospace, precise equipment/machine, automobile) .Long years on SQE and IQC is preferred.
Functional/Business skills
good working knowledge of MSOffice Strong understanding of GD&T. Must be able to read and interpret all types of detail blueprints. Familiar to all kinds of inspection tool. Familiar to quality methodology and tools
