职位描述：
岗位职责：
Ø Perform procurement activities for all assigned purchase category, supply-base, and business departments with compliance and adherence to the company policy and procedure to meet operational needs;
Ø Drive the execution of procurement realization of strategic, tactical and operational goals. Ensures local needs are captures into global and regional purchasing strategies across all categories. Where relevant, builds long term relationships with suppliers;
Ø Has interfaces with all business users including Development & Engineering, Manufacturing & Planning, Facilities, Logistics, Human Resource Management, IT, Supply Chain Management, Finance and Legal, and participates in category teams;
Ø Achieves maximum performance (leverage) by actively using the sourcing network, respectively by bringing local requirements into the commodity team in order to initiate improvements to the procurement & commodity strategy;
Ø Proactively drives cost savings initiatives, leads the negotiations and the process with suppliers where local solutions are required ensuring lowest total cost of ownership;
Ø Engages stakeholders and fully understand the business need so as to render procurement services on a timely basis and efficient manner;
Ø Prepare management reports, perform ad hoc duties as assigned.

任职要求：
大专及以上；Junior College or above
至少5年采购相关工作经验；Minimum 5 years' working experience on procument
了解机构件或OEM外协加工采购流程，知道如何寻找开发新供应商，熟悉供应商维护及管理方法，善于做降本工作，提高公司产品价格优势。
