Key Responsibility
？ To communicate with customers on daily basis in line with contract manager guidelines
？ To follow up import shipment status based on shipping info provided by customer, incl. but not limited vessel schedule, port survey, shuttling plan, customs clearance/CIQ etc.
？ To follow up accessory shipment based on info provided by customer, incl. but not limited to accessory receiving, stock management etc.
？ To work on customer reporting, incl. not but limited to daily track & trace report, hand-over report, stock report, accessory report etc.
？ To work on monthly KPIs reports internally and externally based on the alignment with contract manager
？ To provide monthly billing summary internally and externally based on the alignment with contract manager
？ To work on other non-regular tasks when required by customer
？ To ensure customers satisfaction
？ To assist admin activities
Job Requirement
？ College degree or above;
？ At least 3 years working experience in Logistics and Customer Care position;
？ Ability to communicate at all levels internal and external team player
？ Ability to read and reply email in English
？ Good command of MS office software
？ Keen to develop career, learn and train;
？ Ability to work in a team and take responsibility;
？ A driving license is preferred
