岗位职责:
1. GA Management
a) To ensure the department strategy and targets are in line with the company strategy.
b) To ensure that the department budget is formulated in line with company strategy to both effectively maintain daily operations and to fund future development & growth.
c) To ensure the company facilities meet EHS standards, and satisfy the company requirement.
d) To oversee the canteen and dormitory administration and ensure they satisfied the company standards
e) To control the inventory of the office supplies and ensure it sustains the daily operation of the company
f) To make sure the schedule of the company cars fulfills the users' and company's needs
g) To ensure a smooth guest visit through planning, directing, or coordinating all related issues when necessary
h) To coordinate in the design of promotional activities and souvenirs, and ensure it is ready to launch
2. GM Assistance
a) Daily administration support to GM
b) Effective communication and coordination with internal and external clients.
c) Draft formal document .
3. Internal Communication
a) Implement assigned internal communication activities through available communications tools according to Group/country/division guidelines, directives and messages and in the frame of an approved budget
b) support Group, company and division’s corporate communication to promote branding, organizing employee event, including annual dinner and so on.
任职要求:
a) Degree of university or above, major in Management or secretarial skills an advantage
b) At least 8 years in Administration and executive secretary background in multinational company, related internal communication working experience also required; major in English or Business Administration
c) Proficiency in Chinese and English
d) Excellent communication, inter- personal, organizing and time management skills
e) Good at Office Software, incl. word, excel, ppt, etc
f) Able to manage stressful and hectic situations
g) Proven analytical and problem solving skills
h) Great team player, self-motivated and work independently under great pressure
