职位描述：
Job Title: Retail Development Executive
 
Main Responsiblity:

Assist Manager to strongly support Amer China expansion of Department Store SIS (quantity) and sales productivity (quality) through below responsibility areas

- Ensure space planning of very new SIS openings & existing SIS updates/retrofit working closely with Sales team.
- Well control the opening schedule for every new SIS & existing SIS refit with sales & suppliers.
- Assist Retail Development Manager to develop the new fixture with fixture’s supplier according to global guideline book, China market.
- Follow up every new key store’s renovation before opening. Communicate with the renovation’s supplier belong to our dealer. Visit to SIS and acceptance check. (renovation & fixture).
- Participate every VM or marketing event to design and produce the special display fixture.
- Regular training on retail shop display according to plan.

Needed competencies:
 
- Experience in retail space planning, fixture development, and operations
- Familiar with building materials and be useful in the manufacture.
- Good communication skill.

Education:
 
College degree or above

Needed working experience:
 
- 3-5 years of business designer background in retail company, familiarity with Retail space planning, development, operations.
- Working knowledge of Softgoods market is a plus. 举报 分享
