职位描述：
Job Description：
- develop digital marketing strategy based on business requirements, market trends and competition environment
- lift brand preference through all digital platforms and media
- Improve brand awareness among target consumer groups through content management, SEM, social marketing to enhance brand’s equity and improve effectiveness of consumer online experience
- plan and execute online marketing campaigns and ensure synergy with offline activities
- build up social CRM mechanism and responsible for KPI of new member recruitment and referral purchase target
- to manage different agencies, set up metrics and ensure execution
- to oversees digital performance and P&L management

Key Outcomes：
- Articulate annual digital calendar and create integrated digital campaigns according to marketing calendar
- Create digital content adopting global resources and brand guideline
- Leverage five pillars SEM, Website and e-stores, social marketing, digital advertising and CRM marketing to gain brand preference and build reputation
- Manage budgets for projects, monitor costs and provide status report on a regular basis
- Provide cross-analysis of results and performances of key metrics

Qualifications：
- at least 5 years of digital marketing experience in international corporation, durable goods is preferred
- College degree
- A strong entrepreneurial spirit
- Able to think from a broad business perspective and strategically
- Able to work independently and multi-tasking
- Innovative and creative
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented
- Stress resistant and problem-solving
- Good communication skills as well as presentation skills
- Fluent English
