Responsibilities:
? Ensure the production under control, and quality standard is carry out in production site
? Follow up product and process problems daily and solve the problem in production site
? Collect scrap rate on a monthly basis and take actions for the top issue
? Support team for new projects and process development (PFMEA, Control plan, MSA, PPAP)
? Investigate, improve and generalize advanced inspection methods for process control and incoming inspection. (WI and quality record template preparation)
? Carry out control box final acceptance
? Coordinate external test and calibration
? Carry out process and product audit
Requirements:
? Bachelor degree at least
? 5 years or above work experience in automotive area preferred
? Familiar with ISO/TS16949
? Quality control experience in production site
? Systemic problem solving skills
? Strong knowledge of TS16949 and 5 manuals (APQP, FMEA, SPC, PPAP, MSA)
? Know well about automotive customer requirements
? Good working attitude
? Good team spirit
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills
? Fluent English (with oral, written, reading and listen)
