职位描述
工作职责：
1、负责用户桌面终端（Windows平台）的安装、配置、维护、故障排除；
2、负责行内业务系统、应用软件的安装及维护；
3、熟悉AD用户管理及DHCP，IP地址协议等问题；
4、熟悉主流企业型杀毒软件及病毒防御的相关设置；
5、对服务器和网络设备进行一般性维护及解决常见问题；
6、与软件、硬件的供应商进行联系；
7、打印机及IT硬件设备的维护；
8、协助管理IT资产；
9、IT相关文档整理和撰写；
10、配合IT负责人完成系统部署等工作。
