任职要求：

1、从事暖通设计工作10年及以上；

2、大学本科以上学历，暖通、热能动力等相关专业毕业；

3、具有高级职称和/或注册公用设备工程师资格者优先；

4、具有医药行业从业经验者优先；

5、熟练使用CAD，Revit，天正暖通，OFFICE等办公软件；

6、热爱设计工作，有责任心，工作认真、主动。

Responsibilities:
1. familiar with national and local HVAC engineering technical standards and specifications;
2. Strong coordination and communication skills and ability to solve practical problems;
3. Can complete design, review or consulting task independently and can communicate with other discipline well;
4. Understand the international and domestic professional development trends;
5. Complete other tasks given by superior.


Qualifications:
1. engaged in HVAC design work at least for 10 years
2. Bachelor degree or above, HVAC, thermal energy and power engineering and other related majors
3. With Senior Engineer Certificate and /or National Registered Utility Engineer Certificate is preferred
4. With pharmaceutical experience is preferred
5. Be familiar with CAD, Revit, Tangent and Office software
6. Passion, responsibility and initiative is required in the work
