职位描述：
Job Title: Management Accountant

Report to: Accounting Manager. (Also, partially work on some financial planning & analysis tasks under the supervision of FP&A manager who works very closely with Accounting Manager.)

Main Responsibility:

- Responsible for general ledger and month end closing, monitor the P&L and provide the related analysis to management.
- Provide support on financial budgeting, forecasting. Also, run regular financial reports from the systems (BI, Hyperion).
- Complete specific tasks assigned by Accounting Manager
- Assist Accounting Manager in various tasks such as annual audit and tax filing support, finance internal process improvement.
- Assist Accounting Manager in improving the reporting and actual control of company OPEX.
- Understand China budget process, dataflow, and the relationship between existing budget Excel sheets and the budget figures in Hyperion. Including the own-B2C (own-retail, eComm) processes.
- Enter and modify the budget and forecasts in Hyperion.
- Provide report and analysis that can clearly track the variance between Budget and actual/forecast. Follow up the variances with the businesses.
- Work as an important member of Amer Greater China finance team to support Amer’s ambitious growth strategy in Greater China. 举报 分享
