职位描述:
1. 零售营运
? 对客户服务负全责,包括“处理客户投诉”,“联系全球的店铺帮助顾客换货”,“处理顾客和库存的境外修复请求”,保证一个顺利的处理
? 负责客户服务热线,提供专业的客户电话服务
? 负责客户服务邮箱的回复
? 通过日常汇报管理客户服务的绩效,并作为关键绩效指标
? 准备定期的发货给意大利售后方面
? 与店铺团队共同跟进维修状态并提供报价以确保问题被有效解决
? 计划,指导并管理备件和客户服务配件以满足服务维修需求
? 确保店铺/客户维修清单是最新的
? 每月向管理层和总部提交维修报告,缺陷分析与待定案例分析
? 负责维修中心和货品损坏店铺的损坏货品库存管理
? 准备定期的发货给意大利售后方面
? 协助经理起草维修中心的相关政策和流程。
? 紧密与工匠合作确保所有维修按公司标准有效完成。
2. 财务
? 与财务团队在应收账款方面紧密合作
? 每月向经理和财务方面提供顾客维修收入报告
? 验证供应商帐户费用,并每月向经理和财务提交报告
? 第三方合同管理。
3. 法务
? 参加法务部门提供有关质量三包等国家法律法规的培训和研讨会,确保所有现有法规的更新,并把相应的知识传达培训给店铺同事。
职位要求:
1. 五年工作经验,其中三年客服相关行业的相关背景
2. 熟练掌握英文和电脑技巧
3. 优秀的沟通和组织能力
4. 客服为主导,带着创新思维帮助客人
5. 优秀的人际关系,沟通能力和跟进技巧
Responsibility:
1. Retail Operation:
? Take full responsibility of the daily operation of customer service function that" handles the customer complain" ; "contact with worldwide stores for customer exchange" and "customer/ stock repair outbound request" to ensure a smooth end process
? Build up call center work to provide professional service to customers through calls.
? Responsible for Customer Service Hotline and Email response.
? Work with store team to follow up the repair status and provide quotation to make sure the problems resolved in effective way.
? General reports to line manage on CS performance as per KPI.
? Plan, order and manage spare parts / CS maintenance kit supplement to meet service repair needs.
? Streamline the maintenance process and make sure the store/ customer repair list to be most updated.
? Monthly repair report, defects analysis and pending case to management & HQ.
? Damage stock management in repair centre & damage location
? Prepare period shipment to Italy after sales.
? Assist the line manager to draft the policy and procedures of the Repair Center.
? Work closely with the craftsman to make sure all the repairs could be finished efficiently with the company standard.
2. Finance:
? Work closely with finance team on receivable collections。
? Prepare the customer repair income report to line manager and Finance on monthly basis.
? Verify the expense accounts with the vendor, and submit the report to line manager and Finance on monthly basis.
? Vendor contract management.
3. Legal:
? Participate all the quality related national law’s training & workshop conducted by legal to make sure all the existing regulations updated. Then transfer the knowledge and provide the training to the stores.
Requirements:
1. At least 5 years working experience including 3 year customer service practice in related industry
2. Good command of English and PC skills.
3. Excellent communicational and organizational skills.
4. Customer focused - out of the box thinking in helping customers
5. Strong interpersonal, communication, and follow-through skills
