职位描述：
Job Description:
-Responsible for supervising, managing, and coordinating different aspects of the IT related matters throughout the Asia organization
-Develops, executes, and manages different computing and IT strategies of the company in Asia and coordinates with all overseas divisions
-Analyses, suggests and implements IT policies for employees and the company
-Contributes to data security throughout the Asia organization
-In charge of overseeing the operations and supervising the members of the IT vendor on project basis and monitor if they are working as per the requirements
-Must make sure that the best IT tools, software, hardware and other devices are being used for the good performance of the company
-Must collaborate with the network administrator and ensure the smooth functioning of the IT system
-Must review and test IT solutions which would be profitable to the company
-Must keep a data backup and ensure there are disaster recovery procedures in case of any emergencies
-Has make sure that all the IT strategies are developed keeping the company budget in mind
-Must demonstrate good leadership skills and communication skills to work across departments within the entire company
-Must demonstrate good management skills and interpersonal skills to lead without authority to get the job done
-Must keep up to date with the all the current and potential concepts of the IT sector to bring applicable improvements and innovations to all exiting process within the organization.
