Responsibilities:

1) Primarily commercial contracts drafting, review , negotiation according to internal rules and regulations and provide legal advice to business units and supporting functions on a day to day basis;

2) Excellent contract administration and management;

3) Well conversant with labour laws in PRC and able to deal with trade unions and handle labour disputes ;

4) Strategize and coordinate with outside counsels in handling litigation or arbitration cases;

5) Conduct training of company rules and policies and other topics of interest ; and

6) any other duties as assigned from time to time.


Requirements:

1) Holds a law degree from a reputable university in the PRC or overseas . Must be a qualified and licensed lawyer admitted to the PRC Bar ;

2) Minimum 5-8 years of post-qualification experience with a reputable law firm in China or as in-house counsel with a multinational corporation preferably in the logistics industry ;

3) Strong negotiation ,drafting and contract management skills with excellent problem solving abilities and able to partner with business to close deals;

4) Self-motivated and has a high level of individual responsibility and ability to withstand work pressure and can drive projects proactively and independently;

5) Ability to manage multiple assignments and able to travel as and when required; and

6) High proficiency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin is a Must . 举报 分享
