职位描述：
Position Summary

According to company's sales requirements, combined with global training objectives, in charge of the establishment, optimization and implementation of training materials, tools and training sessions, achieving the training goal of sales team capabilities enhancement under the guidance of the training manager.

Job Responsibilities

？ Implement sales training programs in a high standard, professional manner to maximize effectiveness according to Bose business goal as directed by training manager
？ Consistently optimize sales training courses and activities including training materials , students' and teachers' manuals ,procedures to meet the company‘s business target.
？ Successfully carry out E-learning / in-store learning activities and training effectiveness assessment.
？ Support training manager to communicate /cooperate interdepartmentally to ensure successful implementation of global training projects and activities.
？ Other work assigned by training manager.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements

1) Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese language
2) Good computer skills in Keynotes, PPT, Excel, etc.

Qualification, Education and Experiences

1）Age: Above 25 below 38 years old.
2）College degree or above, preferably with both at least 2 years hands- on experience as trainer or retail sales experience, best from audio industry.
3) Good capacity of learning and communicating.
4) Good knowledge of retail selling .
5) Warm and pleasant, integrity personality .
