Job Summary

With the fast growth of business and fluctuate environment of mobile industry, the new operation support function is defined as a key role to facilitate the operational excellence. The Operation Support Manager will support the operation team to achieve the operational excellence and KPI. He/She will collaborate with operation team and other finance functions to provide valuable support to the operation team. You will be a sharp, successful, good communication qualified finance talent with real ambition to add value and progress your career.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

As this role is essential to the Company and drives a big impact to operational excellence and manufacturing cost effiency, it is vital you come with a track record of delivery and proven experience. Amongst the many responsibilities in the role, some are listed below.

Operational Financial Support:
--Responsible for providing timely and accurate data to make better Ops decision making
- Influence and direct Operational decisions and strategy
- Help evaluate the changes in production process
- Capacity and Capex planning
- Cost management (Direct Labor and Shop Supplies)
- Ensure compliance across Ops organization

Continuous Improvement Support:
- Assist the Lean activities within operation
- Assist the process improvement within operation functions
- Support OP to have the better cost control

Interaction and collaboration:
- Highly collaborative and frequent interaction with BU and OP in addition to other functional groups across finance.

Education & Experience Requirements

- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
- CPA Certificate or MBA degree is preferred
- Must have at least 6 years of Cost Accounting experience in a Standard cost-manufacturing environment
- At least 2 years experience in a supervisory or management role within Finance department
- Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin
- Or a combination of education, experience and/or training 举报 分享
