职位描述

Position Summary:

Perform qualification evaluations/interviews for technical competence of Project Specialist Candidates (PSC) in order to insure compliance to Customer's technical requirements. Develop and write technical profiles for Project Specialist Candidates. Develop and implement training programs, tests and checklists. Provide technical review and input to support documentation required for program development, implementation, maintenance and administration. Provide clarification of Customer's technical documents and requirements. Remain current in technical aspects of the position through continual training and cognizance of industry developments through attendance of training seminars, client industry conferences and independent research. Coordinate flow-down of required Customer orientation and training. Generally provide enterprise technical oversight and support the Rapid Deployment initiatives as client needs may arise.

1. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.4 Provide Technical Training, Consulting and Project Engineering services

1.5 Field Work and Rapid Deployment Support - Approximately 50% of time will be spent traveling on assignments throughout Asia.

2. JOB SPECIFICATION and QUALIFICATIONS

2.1 BS in Engineering, Industrial Arts or Physical sciences and a minimum of 5 years work experience in a standards/specification driven technical environment- An equivalent AA with 10 years of experience or 15 total years of experience

2.2 Working knowledge of Windows-based software including MS Excel, MS Internet (browsers) MS Power Point, MS Work and MS Visio

2.3 High level of written/oral communication skills, effective multi-tasking and time management abilities with excellent interpersonal skills

2.4 Ability to read blue prints and knowledge of ANSI 14.5 GD&T with Mechanical, Electrical or Electronics Quality Assurance/Control and Metrology experience

2.5 Have a valid passport and driver's license company will provide assistance with in-country visa if required.

2.6 Preferred Background: Ten plus years experience in Manufacturing Industries and five plus years experience as a Source Inspector and/or Quality Engineer with the ability to train and instruct personnel with different learning modalities. Experience with at least one of the following: MRB, AS9100/ISO9001 Auditing skills and/or certification, IPC or J-STD training and/or certification, use of MRP systems, production control and supply chain experience. Other relevant industry training or certifications are also desirable. Able to speak Mandarin, Korean and/or Japanese a plus but not required. US and NATO Country passport holders a plus but not required.
