职位描述：
岗位职责：
1. Management responsibility of area EHS, 5S & lean 对区域安全、5S& Lean工作负管理责任
2. Area RCA owner 总体负责区域RCA工作
3. Coordinate area maintenance work协调区域维保工作
4. Sub con management of own area区域内外包商的管理
5. Decide which are the next week tasks下周工作计划确认
6. Giving out tasks in the morning (PM list and planned repair works)每天工作安排
7. Giving out ad-hoc tasks during the day协调当天的突发事情
8. Follow up executed tasks in the end of the day, TECO (technical completion) of MO and collect MO papers跟踪一天工作的执行情况，工单的及时维护及技术关闭，工单回收存档
9. Coordinate outsourcing projects SES协调外包工程的验收
10 Modification work coordination and follow up改造工作的协调及跟踪
11. Other tasks assigned by line manager其他直线经理安排的工作

任职要求：
1 Background: electrical or instrument
2 Have the experience for team management.
3 Have the ability of English writing and reading.
4 Good communication skills and good attitude.
5 Can take the work pressure.
6 More than 6 years maintenance work experience.
