职位描述：
1. Assist procurement manager to create all material codes in kingdee system, make purchase plan, responsible for input orders in the system, orders follow-up to make the on-time delivery from suppliers.
2. Assist procurement manager to purchase all materials according to Kanban/requirements and release orders to suppliers
3. Assist other departments to make monthly inventory analysis to minimize the inventory, and increase the inventory turnover rate
4. Assist warehouse for incoming material inspection
5. Assist procurement manager to make the payment to suppliers
6. Responsible of supplier contact and supplier management
7. Weekly purchase report/status update to procurement manager
8. Assist procurement manage on different internal projects
9. Communicate and coordinate with other departments
10. Other daily works from the manager

skill requirement:
1.Female, Education could be college or above, with English speaking skill.
2. Related work experience base on 2 or 3 years.
