职位描述：
Mission
To provide production and project support, and also support logistic team to localization.
Make quality report and do failure analysis, make preventive action.
Work with relative functions to ensure the finished goods can be delivered on time and meet customer satisfaction.

The role includes but is not limited to the following duties:
1. Responsible to create, update and implement the manufacturing BoM/ECN/ECR in Movex system and in the assembly process (SOP)
2. Evaluate work stations, make and optimize SOP in the spirit of Lean Manufacturing in order to improve quality and reduce cycle/lead/assembly times
3. Technical “hands on” training of the assembly operators in SOP/quality improvements
4. Optimize and design tools/toolings/fixtures/carts improving the assembly process with
the goal to optimize “efficiency/lead time/safety/quality”
5. Contact/work with R&D engineer to optimize the design to suit better the assembly
processes
6. Provide technical support and work with SQA, planners and warehouse keeper for Claim Report on assembly parts
7. Analyze the report from IMS and improve the quality

Experience requirements
At least 3 years experiences in related area of manufacturing with solid theoretical knowledge and practical skill.
Rich hydraulic or electrical design and troubleshooting experience is preferred.
Production supervisor experience is preferred.


Knowledge
1. CAD experience is must, familiar Pro-E is preferred.
2. Fluent in English and Chinese.


Educational requirements
Bachelor's degree or above in Machinery engineering or automation.
